Excellent job breaking down all the different concepts and explaining how they are implemented and used in real world situations.
Really good!
This is a very good course, Michael explained in very detailed all the aspect of progress reporting and what’s happening behind the scenes when P6 calculate Earned Value Management. I found out a lot of things that I didn’t know that exists, like financial periods/ buckets which are a great feature and solve a big problem in reporting, when the previous dates, finally, are stored as were performed and not redistributed by P6, also I have seen great features in reporting. What is missing from this course, maybe will be subject of the new future course is determining time extension. How to calculate amount of time extension taking in consideration all the aspects like the Contractor pour progress, the Employer Risk Event, Change Orders, bad weather and others.
Great course. Challenging, keeps you involved and real-life scenarios.
The content on this course is very valuable from the professional standpoint. I'm currently applying most of it in my current job and I look forward to continue practicing all I've learned on it. Michael explains everything very well, with good examples, very detailed and easy to follow. Thanks to the Plan Academy Team, and I hope you keep publishing more valuable courses like this!

Very good course but the project download assignment tasks most times misaligned with the course which created some mismatch.
Some of the files get different results than those shown in the videos. Plus, I had to wait a long time for review of some workshops. I would have given a higher rating if this was not the case.
Clear concise directions on how to work with in P6. The course includes real world situations.
I enjoyed the course immensely. Michael is a very engaging instructor. Given the amount of material covered, there were relatively few issues with the hands-on aspects of the course (e.g. there was only one instance where workshop materials were out of sync with the work completed in class) - and Michael's response and solution to that problem was very informative. Heartily recommend this course (and Advanced Schedule Building as well) for even experienced schedulers or anyone serious about scheduling with P6.
