I enjoyed the course immensely. Michael is a very engaging instructor. Given the amount of material covered, there were relatively few issues with the hands-on aspects of the course (e.g. there was only one instance where workshop materials were out of sync with the work completed in class) - and Michael's response and solution to that problem was very informative. Heartily recommend this course (and Advanced Schedule Building as well) for even experienced schedulers or anyone serious about scheduling with P6.
I truly learned a lot from this course. The content was clear, practical, and very helpful in understanding Earned Value within P6. The explanations were well-structured, and I feel more confident applying these concepts in real projects. Thank you for a great learning experience!

Another gem from Plan Academy! This course is indispensable if you want to take on the role of scheduler on any kind of project. Even as an experienced scheduler I learned so much about the basics of reporting, financial periods and EVM. As many may relate, there are many pitfalls in progressing construction schedules. Especially if you are working with baselines, reporting periods and changes requests. This course covers all this in a practical way. Just like the On-Demand Advanced Schedule Building course this sequel is based on real world situations and answered more questions I could ask for. Thanks again Plan Academy.
