Difficult but worth it
Michael was exceptional. His clear and deliberate explanations made complex topics easily understandable. The course structure and content progression were well-organized and effective. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the training. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the training. However, the “Reporting in Excel” section could be improved. While I understand this isn’t an Excel course, providing a brief overview of necessary Excel skills (such as Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts) before diving into the reporting process would have been beneficial. Additionally, the “Resource Assignment” tab, essential for the reporting data, was not covered in detail earlier in the course. The Resource Tab under the activities were fully covered but if I remember correctly, the specific tab using for Excel reports is not covered and described in the course. Furthermore, the instructor’s pace and clarity diminished during this section. For learners whose first language isn’t English, this could pose a significa...
