It’s a great fit for intermediate-to-advanced schedulers and project controls pros who are expected to produce higher-quality schedules, troubleshoot issues faster, and work more efficiently inside P6. You’ll walk away with sharper judgment on setup choices and the practical steps to execute them.
I enjoyed the course immensely. Michael is a very engaging instructor. Given the amount of material covered, there were relatively few issues with the hands-on aspects of the course (e.g. there was only one instance where workshop materials were out of sync with the work completed in class) - and Michael's response and solution to that problem was very informative. Heartily recommend this course (and Advanced Schedule Building as well) for even experienced schedulers or anyone serious about scheduling with P6.
